A non refundable deposit of £30 is required for all advance bookings. In the event of any cancellation this deposit will be forfeit.

Cancellations of less than 48 hours will be charged for at the full room rate, at the discretion of the proprietor.

Rooms are available for occupation after 4:30 p.m. on the day of arrival, unless specific arrangements for an earlier time have been agreed Conditions are correct at the time of by the proprietor. We ask that rooms be vacated by 10:30 a.m. on the day of departure.

The Chestnuts is a ‘non smoking’ establishment.
