Terms And Conditions

A non refundable deposit of Ł30 is required for all advance bookings, payable to Heather Parker. In the event of any cancellation this deposit will be forfeit.

Cancellations of less than 48 hours will be charged for at the full room rate, at the discretion of the proprietor.

Rooms are available for occupation after 4:30 p.m. on the day of arrival, unless specific arrangements for an earlier time have been agreed. We ask that rooms be vacated by 10:30 a.m. on the day of departure.
